"Cyberbabies"
Big Musical News!
My musical about the Internet, Cyberbabies, will be mounted at the Theater for the New City next spring. This is a dream come true. I wrote the book, music and lyrics for the play, which takes place during the great dot-com bubble of the turn of the millennium, when there was a "virtual" gold rush to the new phenomenon of the World Wide Web. I'll be playing songs from the musical during my upcoming appearances -- one number, "Eaten By The Internet," can be heard on my Songs page on this site and is available for purchase or streaming via Spotify, iTunes, Tidal, Napster, etc. Additionally, of course, I will be honing the play and organizing a Kickstarter campaign. Stay tuned!
Make Music New York
I performed at MMNY's annual solstice festival, one of the hundreds of acts playing throughout the city on the first day of summer. I was at the Captain and Cooks restaurant in Brooklyn's Park Slope. A wonderful balmy evening, and my old friend Sandye Renz came out to see me!
